Elder Care at Hilltop House
The main house of the Fellowship Community, Hilltop House, is for individuals who require support and care in daily living, and also want to be part of community life. We offer a mix of housing, supervision, personal care and individually tailored support services. Residents enjoy and participate in a variety of activities that meet the body, soul and spirit needs.
We offer varying levels of care to meet the needs of each individual. In Hilltop House we have some apartments which still offer the benefits of being independent but which allow for closer proximity to all events, meals, and care if necessary, as well single and double apartments on our care floor for those with greater needs.
Most importantly, our Members who graduate from our independent living facilities to our care facility do not find themselves missing out on community activities but instead experience greater ease in their daily tasks and less of a walking commute to all meals and community events.
Services
The following services are available based on the need of each resident:

Three meals each day in spacious, cheery dining rooms

Healthy, well-prepared food with attention to dietary needs

Housekeeping and laundry services

Assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing or taking medication

24-hour staffing

Emergency call system in each room

Regular health and wellness assessments

Scheduled transportation for local shopping and assistance scheduling medical transportation

Social, recreational, and cultural activities and programs

Activity areas, therapy rooms, sitting and reading nooks
