Call for Volunteers & Sponsors

Dear Friends,

We're writing to share details about this year's Holiday Fair and Craft Sale, and to ask for your help as a Volunteer or an event Sponsor. 

Event Details

This year's event will take place in Hilltop House, the main parking lot and surrounding buildings.

It will once again be a joint venture between the Fellowship Community and  the Otto Specht School, and will take place on Friday, Dec. 5 from 2-8pm and Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10am-5pm. 

Volunteers

Help spread the holiday cheer! We rely on the assistance from our friends to make this event possible. Volunteer opportunities include:

• Directing traffic and parking

• Staffing craft sales

• Running children’s activities

• Packing items for checkout

• Helping out in the Holiday Cafe

• and much more!

Sponsors

Support from our event sponsors makes the Holiday Fair and Craft Sale possible! This year, we’re introducing a Giving Tree, where ornaments will shine with the names of our generous sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $10,000.
