The Fellowship Community is seeking full-time co-workers to care for our elderly members.
Successful applicants will have a strong desire to lead a life of service in a community setting designed to support the needs of around 65 elderly members. About half of our members require an advanced level of care for their activities of daily living. We offer in-service training. A co-workers’ experience at the Fellowship is unique in that it allows for activity in a variety of areas beyond the direct care of the elderly, from the farm to the kitchen and from building maintenance to participation in one of our workshops.
We are an intergenerational community whose older members are surrounded by, and interact with, people of all ages, including young families. We are seeking people interested in living on campus, working full-time and who will take part in a community building process. Our community forms were inspired by the threefold social structure envisioned by Rudolf Steiner and we are committed to renew these forms in a modern way.
We live on 80 acres of mixed woodland and pastures and run our own biodynamic farm, which provides us with delicious food. We maintain the inside and the outside of our buildings ourselves to a large extent. Two anthroposophical doctors and several other therapists practice on site. We enjoy a vibrant artistic and cultural life rooted in anthroposophy. For more information, contact us via email or phone
